As World Neighbors enters its 75th year, the organization operates with a lean, highly skilled team: four full-time U.S.-based staff and 37 field staff, all but one native to the countries where they work.

This indigenous leadership structure ensures cultural competency, relationship depth, and accountability not only to community partners but to leadership in the local and national governments.
